The Astoria
Regatta Association won the grand sweepstakes award at the Loyalty Days Parade
in Long Beach on Sunday, May 5th, the parades top honor. The 2013
Regatta court participated during the first parade of
the season showcasing the Astoria Regatta, the oldest festival celebration in
the state of Oregon.
This year’s
Regatta will be held from Wednesday, August 7th – Sunday, August 11th,
with the theme: “A River Runs to it”.
