CLATSOP COUNTY INTERAGENCY NARCOTIC TEAM ARRESTS FIVE

The Clatsop County Drug Task Force conducted an investigation resulting in the execution of multiple search warrants and the arrest of five subjects on heroin related charges, in the Elsie area off Highway 26, Friday October 19, 2012.  The Pacific County Sheriff's Office assisted with the execution and service of the search warrants as well as the apprehension of suspects.  Seaside Police Officers and the Clatsop County Sheriff's office including the Nehalem Valley Resident Deputy also assisted the Clatsop County Drug Task Force.

Among those arrested were Jordan Ray Perry-Adams, 22 and Stephanie Renee Ames, 21, both residents of 81282 Bear Rd Elsie Oregon.  Information gathered as well as numerous citizen complaints over the course of several months showed Perry and Ames to be a considerable source of heroin entering Clatsop County.  Also arrested on heroin related charges were Lonny Alan Baker, 23, of 810 S. Holladay Drive Apt #13, Seaside and Sarah Marie Conyers, 23, of 1643 S. Edgewood, Seaside.  Ashton Leigh Anne Clarke, 24, of 770 Ave R. Seaside, was located and arrested on an outstanding warrant.  All subjects were arrested and lodged at the Clatsop County Jail.
