Clatsop
County Drug Task Force detectives, with the assistance of Seaside Police
Officers and Clatsop County Sheriff’s Deputies, executed multiple search
warrants at two different locations in Seaside, resulting in the arrest of four
subjects, in the early hours Thursday morning.
Information from numerous sources, including citizen complaints, regarding
frequent drug related traffic at 581 S. Edgewood St. Apt #1, Seaside,
Oregon. A subsequent investigation led
to the traffic stop of a vehicle driven by Robert Anton Dunagan DOB:06/29/61,
of Seaside. Dunagan was found to be in
possession of dealer quantities of Methamphetamine.
Dunagan was arrested and charged with
Possession of a Controlled Substance Methamphetamine and Delivery of a
Controlled Substance Methamphetamine.
Jennifer Elaine Schneider DOB:03/30/83, of Seaside, was a passenger in
the vehicle with Dunagan and was also found to be in possession of
Methamphetamine.Schneider was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance
as well as an outstanding warrant for a Post Prison Violation. Both Dunagan and Schneider were lodged at the
Clatsop County Jail.
Drug Task
Force Detectives, with the assistance of Seaside Police Officers, Clatsop
County Sheriff’s Deputies and a Cannon Beach Police Officer, then responded and
executed search warrants at 581 S. Edgewood St. Apt. #1. Detectives encountered multiple subjects
inside the apartment, including the tenant and a focus of the
investigation,Angelyne Irene Lamberts DOB:04/16/66, of Seaside. Detectives located Methamphetamine, scales,
packaging and drug records within the residence. Lamberts was arrested and charged with
Possession of a Controlled Substance Methamphetamine and Delivery of a
Controlled Substance Methamphetamine.
Robert Russell Kinzinger DOB:04/02/74, of Tillamook, was also located
inside the residence. Kinzinger was
arrested on an outstanding warrant for a Post Prison Violation. Both Lamberts and Kinzinger were lodged at
the Clatsop County Jail.
