5 DRUG ARRESTS IN SEASIDE FRIDAY, TWO RELEASED

The Clatsop County Drug Task Force, with the assistance of the Seaside Police Department, executed 3 search warrants in Seaside, resulting in the arrest of 5 subjects, Friday afternoon.  Detectives received information regarding a high volume of drug traffic, in a residential neighborhood, involving the residence located at 811 10th Street in Seaside.  Further information included a pregnant female currently using methamphetamine and the residence to have hazardous living conditions.  As a result of the investigation, detectives arrested FRANK KENNETH NIMZ DOB:04/12/81, 811 10th Street, Seaside, on the charge of FREQUENTING A PLACE WHERE CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ARE USED.  KEITH EDWARD PITTS DOB:01/18/79 , 811 10th Street, Seaside, on the charges of UNLAWFUL DELIVERY OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE METHAMPHETAMINE, UNLAWFUL POSSESSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE METHAMPHETAMINE and FREQUENTING A PLACE WHERE CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ARE USED. RACHAEL ANNE WEBB DOB:04/01/90, 811 10th Stre
 et, Seaside,  on the charges of, UNLAWFUL POSSESSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE METHAMPHETAMINE and FREQUENTING A PLACE WHERE CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ARE USED.  PAUL DWYAYNE LOWMAN DOB:12/28/64, 2481 Highway 101, Seaside,  on the charge of ATTEMPTED POSSESION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE METHAMPHETAMINE and EVAN LEE PATRICK KARGE-WHITE DOB:11/12/85, 943 3rd Avenue, Seaside, on the charge of ATTEMPTED POSSESION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE METHAMPHETAMINE.  NIMZ, PITTS and WEBB were lodged at the Clatsop County Jail.  LOWMAN and KARGE-WHITE were arrested and released due to jail overcrowding with charges forwarded to the District Attorney's Office.
