A joint investigation involving the Clatsop County Drug Task Force and the
Pacific County Drug Task Force has resulted in the execution of multiple search
warrants and the arrest of four subjects on heroin related charges Friday
afternoon. The Pacific County Sheriff's Office executed the service of the
search warrants with the assistance of the Clatsop County Drug Task Force, the
Washington Department of Fish and Wild Life, and the Long Beach Police
Department.
Among those arrested were Casey Dwayne Hampton, 38 and Carie Sue Wagner,
34, both of Long Beach. Information gathered over the course of approximately
one year showed Hampton and Wagner to be considerable contributors to the supply
of heroin entering Clatsop County and Pacific County. Also arrested on heroin
charges as well as outstanding warrants, were LeeAnn Marie Jensen, 23, of
Rainier, Robert William Perry, 28, of Seaside and Christopher Jay Wilson, 26, of
Long Beach.
